On December 6, the HFC Water Rescue Team traveled to Black Moshannon State Park to stand by for the Bellefonte YMCA Polar Bear Plunge. The event was a successful fundraiser supporting YMCA community programs. We were proud to be on scene to help ensure the safety of all participants.
