Thank you to everyone who signed up to be part of this year’s Punkin’ Chunkin’ Fall Festival! We’re thrilled to share that all Craft & Arts Vendor and Commercial Vendor spaces have officially sold out.

We’re looking forward to an amazing event and can’t wait to welcome our vendors, community members, and visitors for a fun-filled weekend of fall festivities!

Apply to Be a Craft or Arts Vendor

Howard Fire Company is now accepting vendor applications for the 2025 Punkin’ Chunkin’ Fall Festival, scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Vendor Details

  • $35 donation per vendor space (approximately 12’ wide x 20’ deep)
  • After October 1: $50 per space
  • Sell your handmade or artisan goods during the festival
  • Application, insurance certificate, and payment due by September 19, 2025

How to Apply

Please submit your application, insurance certificate, and $35 donation per space by September 19, 2025.

Checks returned for any reason will incur a $50 penalty (cash only accepted for repayment).

Craft Vendor Rules & Regulations

Please review the following requirements before applying:

Vendor Fee

  • $35 per space if submitted by September 19, 2025
  • $50 per space for applications submitted after October 1, 2025
  • The donation is non-refundable
  • Returned checks will be subject to a $50 fee, payable by cash only

Insurance Requirement
All vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance. This can be uploaded with your application or mailed directly by your insurance provider.

Vendors may also use Central PA Vendors Insurance ($30/year or $10/event). Contact Ruth at 570-660-1231 for more information.

Vendor Eligibility
Only Pennsylvania-based resident craft and artisan vendors are eligible to participate.

  • Acceptance is for the current festival year only and is non-transferable

Booth and Setup Details

  • Each vendor space is approximately 12 feet wide by 20 feet deep
  • Vendors may not share their space with others
  • Tents and canopies must be properly weighted
  • All signage must be attached directly to your booth or trailer
  • Vendors may set up trailers in their assigned spot on Friday, October 17, between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • All property is left at your own risk; camping is not permitted on-site
  • Vendor check-in is Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
  • All vendors must be ready to open by 10:00 a.m.
  • Early tear-downs are not permitted
  • Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of trash or debris

Prohibited Items and Displays

  • No drones are permitted
  • No objectionable or illegal items may be sold or displayed
  • All displays must be related to crafts, art, or handmade goods and must be pre-approved by DCNR at least 30 days prior to the event

Howard Fire Company reserves the right to deny participation to vendors who do not comply with these guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation in making the Punkin’ Chunkin’ Fall Festival a safe and enjoyable event for all.

Important Notes

  • All applications are subject to DCNR approval.
  • Vendors must carry liability insurance (you don’t need to name HFC as additional insured).
  • Trailers may be placed Friday (October 17) between 2–6 PM.
  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean.
  • Canopies must be properly weighted. No freestanding signs.
  • Vendor check-in: Saturday, 7–9 AM
  • No drones permitted.
